Why I Enjoy Blues Music

 

I have loved (Blues and Jazz) music for as long as I can remember (Thanks Mum & Dad). 
Blues is the root of all Jazz and Rock Music.
If you look at the historical roots of almost all of the songs used by famous Rock Musicians, such as

Eric Clapton, Elvis Presley, Stevie Ray Vaughn,

Rory Gallagher etc...they all are really "covers" of old blues singers like John Lee Hooker, Muddy, Waters, Billie Holliday or Big Mama Thornton.
Try listening to a really good version of a slow moving BB King song, or a lesser known
but modern blues Singer / player like Johnny Lang.
Blues Music has History, it touches the soul, and makes you want to come back for more.
